About the company

From schematic to start-up – in one pair of hands

We have been working in industrial automation since 2007 – first as Automatic Industrial System Wojciech Mazur and, since 2025, as AWENOR TECHNOLOGIES. We design, build cabinets, write software and commission systems at our customers' sites ourselves.

  • Electrical design and documentation
  • Cabinet assembly in our own workshop
  • PLC programs and HMI visualisation
  • Commissioning and service support
More about us

Cooperation

How we work

  1. 1

    Talk and site visit

We learn the process, look at the machine or workstation and agree what should work better.

  2. 2

    Concept and quote

We propose a solution, select components and give you a concrete quote with a lead time.

  3. 3

    Build

We draw the schematics, build the cabinet, write the program and test it in our workshop before going on site.

  4. 4

    Commissioning and support

We commission the system on site, train the operators, hand over documentation and stay available.

Strengths

Why AWenor

One contractor

Design, cabinet, software and commissioning in one pair of hands. No need to coordinate several companies.

The right scale

We match the control system to the task, not the task to the most expensive controller.

Full documentation

Schematics, parts list and program description are handed over with the system.

Support after start-up

We know every system we have built, so we can help quickly with changes and breakdowns.

Customers

Who we work for

Small-scale automation means projects where speed, focus and a sensible budget matter. Large integrators often put them aside – for us they are the core business.

  • Small and medium manufacturers

We automate single workstations and sections of production lines, without months-long projects.

  • Machine builders

We build control cabinets and write software for your machines – one-offs or series.

  • Maintenance teams

We help when an old controller fails, spare parts are gone or documentation is missing.

  • Workshops and service companies

Simple control systems that save people time and prevent mistakes.

Controllers we work with

We program PLCs and HMI panels from many manufacturers. For new projects we choose hardware to suit the task and the budget.

  • Siemens
  • Mitsubishi Electric
  • Omron
  • Fatek
  • Delta
  • Unitronics

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long have you been in business?

We have been working in industrial automation since 2007 – previously as Automatic Industrial System Wojciech Mazur and, since 2025, as AWENOR TECHNOLOGIES Sp. z o.o.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. We also take single tasks: one control cabinet, a change to an existing PLC program or the retrofit of a single workstation.

Where do you work?

In Silesia and Lesser Poland, southern Poland – including Bielsko-Biała, Skoczów, Cieszyn, Żywiec, Katowice, Rybnik, Pszczyna, Oświęcim and Kraków. The company is based in Pierściec near Skoczów.

Which PLCs do you work with?

We program controllers from Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, Omron, Fatek, Delta and Unitronics, together with HMI panels. For new projects we choose the controller to suit the task and budget.

How does quoting work?

Describe the task using the form or give us a call. After a conversation, and a site visit if needed, we prepare a quote with the scope of work and lead time.

Will I get documentation and the program?

Yes. Together with the system we hand over electrical schematics, a parts list and a copy of the PLC program.

Can you help with a machine without documentation or built by another company?

Yes. We diagnose existing control systems, recreate schematics and take over support of the machine, even when the original contractor is no longer available.

Got a machine or workstation to automate?

Tell us briefly what you need – you can attach a photo or a drawing. We will get back to you with questions or a proposed solution.
