1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is AWENOR TECHNOLOGIES Sp. z o.o., ul. Landecka 2, 43-430 Pierściec, Poland. Contact for data protection matters: kontakt@awenor-tech.pl.

2. What data we collect and why

Through the contact form we collect the data you provide: name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, message content and an optional attachment.

We use it only to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps prior to entering into a contract) and on the basis of our legitimate interest in corresponding with customers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if we start working together, for the period required by law (e.g. tax regulations). Enquiries that did not lead to cooperation are deleted after 2 years at the latest.

4. Who we share data with

Data may be processed by our hosting and e-mail provider (dhosting.pl), only on our behalf. We do not sell data or transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, the right to object and the right to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes UODO).

Providing data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we will not be able to reply.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools. We do not track visitors.

The server may keep standard technical logs (e.g. IP address, time of visit) for security purposes; they are deleted automatically.
