PLC and HMI programming

We write PLC programs and HMI screens so the machine runs reliably and the operator always knows what is going on.

Scope of work

  • Control programs for machines and workstations
  • HMI visualisation: screens, alarms, recipes, parameters
  • Communication between controllers, panels, drives and sensors
  • Changes and extensions of existing programs
  • Cleaning up and archiving machine software
  • Program testing before commissioning on site

Controllers we work with

We program PLCs and HMI panels from many manufacturers. For new projects we choose hardware to suit the task and the budget.

  • Siemens
  • Mitsubishi Electric
  • Omron
  • Fatek
  • Delta
  • Unitronics

How we work

  1. 1

    Talk and site visit

We learn the process, look at the machine or workstation and agree what should work better.

  2. 2

    Concept and quote

We propose a solution, select components and give you a concrete quote with a lead time.

  3. 3

    Build

We draw the schematics, build the cabinet, write the program and test it in our workshop before going on site.

  4. 4

    Commissioning and support

We commission the system on site, train the operators, hand over documentation and stay available.
